How does the free trial work?

Every community starts with a 45-day free trial. During setup you’re asked to authorise a payment method (you can skip it); nothing is charged until the trial ends, and never if you cancel before then.

How is VaultGate priced?

In 4 fixed slabs by your community’s total unit count, from ₹499/month, billed monthly or annually. No per-unit billing and no ads. See the slabs →

Do guards need a Me2Us4U account?

No. A guard signs in on the gate device with a PIN, per device and per gate — there are no shared passwords. Residents and admins use their one Me2Us4U login.

What happens to visitor photos?

Photos taken at the gate go to private storage, encrypted at rest, and are deleted automatically after 60 days.

What if a payment fails or a plan lapses?

You get a 7-day grace period. After that, non-essential features such as chat posts and ledger edits go read-only — but logging visitors at the gate keeps working on any licence state.
